Therapy Designed for Women Navigating Life Transitions

At House of Grace Counseling, we believe healing is not about fixing what's broken. It's about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and others. Each session is tailored to your unique needs. We move at your pace, focusing on what feels most important right now. Sessions may include guided conversation, practical tools, emotional processing, and support that helps you feel steadier between appointments.

After losing my brother, I knew I couldn’t let my pain be wasted, and I've found inspiration in helping others. House of Grace was born from that ache—and the belief that even in our darkest moments, there is meaning, growth, and grace to be found.

As a former high school English teacher, school counselor, and now mental health therapist, I’ve spent my life helping people to refocus on what gives their life meaning. I hold two master’s degrees from Monmouth University and bring both clinical insight and life experiences to my work.

But above all things, I am a mother first. I know the blessings and the burdens of motherhood intimately—

As a woman, I understand the unique challenges we sometimes face in our interpersonal relationships. Too often, women are weighed down from wounds of the past, keeping them from reaching the deepest connections with both themselves and those they love. Adequate support is essential when working through these wounds and I feel a profound calling to help others bear their burdens. By working together, we will focus on processing and healing the pain you carry, allowing you restoration in both your relationship with yourself and your relationship with those around you. I use an integrative approach that blends object relations, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Christian-based counseling to meet your individual needs and circumstances. The strongholds of the past do not have to be permanent. Healing is always possible.
